Wisycom RPU500 High-Power Full-Duplex Reporter Portable Unit

The Wisycom RPU500 is a portable, full-duplex unit designed specifically for reportage applications. Its versatile transmitter operates in both VHF and UHF bands and utilises digitally generated modulation (narrowband/wideband).

    • Main TX (Broadband): VHF 170-230 MHz; UHF 440-696 MHz; UHF 714-744 MHz; USA 940-960 MHz; Japan 160/460 MHz (optional)
    • Talk-back RX (Narrowband): UHF (438-638 MHz or 470-670 MHz) (Note: Minimum TX/RX separation required)
  • High Transmitter Power: Up to 1W output.
  • Extended Battery Life: >5 hours with the RRC2040 battery pack.
  • Flexible Control: USB-C/Bluetooth connectivity for Wisycom Manager software control.
  • Dual Audio Outputs: 3.5mm waterproof jacks (e.g., journalist/guest).
  • Main Audio Input: XLR balanced with 48V/12V phantom power.
  • Aux Audio Input: Shared 3.5mm waterproof jack (mixed with MAIN input for simultaneous recording/live commentary).
