Frequently Asked Questions

I’d like specific terminations on my mics, can you help?

Yes! We offer a bespoke termination service on all of our lavalier mics, depending on workshop availability we can have your microphone terminated on the same day.

We also offer a re-termination service should you have damaged mics or if you simply opt for a different mic system. Please get in touch or simply fill in the service and repair form online should you wish to take advantage of this service.

I’d like some technical advice on mics, is this a service you can offer?

The item says ‘Back Order Available’ what does this mean?

This simply means we are currently out of stock, you may of course still order through the site as normal, and we’ll have the microphone shipped as soon as possible. Please get in touch if you need it for a specific date and we’ll advise.
