Through its 30 year history Raycom has always considered a high level of customer support and long term after care service as pivotal. We are pleased to offer a full repair service of in warranty and the majority of out of warranty equipment from either our own workshop or those of our manufacturer partners. If you have an item that you wish to send for assessment simply complete and submit the service and repair return form, print off the completed form and send with the item to:

We strongly suggest sending the item by a tracked carrier and respectfully remind you to include a copy of the fully completed service and repair form.
We will inform you of your items arrival by email and issue a return number which can be used to track the assessment or repair progress. We aim to complete an assessment within 7 days which will allow us to send you an estimate of repair cost and completion time.
